What is Mindful Coaching?

Mindfulness is defined as “maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness
of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment” (Jon Kabat-Zinn).  As coaches we lean into our
“mindfulness” and stand for the clients we’re serving while creating
the space necessary for testing and learning without judgement.
We explore three components that are a part of what defines us all, they are: your internal team members, roles, and beliefs.  A mindful coach
continuously does integrity checks with these elements in order to remain grounded to the needs and intended outcomes of the client.
